State Safety Inspection Guarantee
Inspection Guarantee Details
We guarantee that every used tire we sell will meet or exceed state safety inspection requirements. This includes:
- Adequate tread depth (minimum 2/32" for safety inspection, we guarantee 4/32")
- No visible steel belts or cord
- No sidewall damage or bulges
- Proper tire size for your vehicle
- No irregular wear patterns that indicate alignment issues
If your used tire fails state inspection due to tire condition within 30 days of purchase, we will replace it at no charge.
How to Claim Your Guarantee
- Return to Mario's Tire Shop with your receipt
- Allow our technicians to inspect the tire
- If covered under guarantee, we'll replace or repair at no charge
